Hello Dr. Jay Goyal. First of all thank u so much for excellent treatment. Dr. Jay GoyaI had done my Lasik in 2017 and from 2017 to till date i am not wearing glasses. From last 6 months i was facing herpes in my right eye and i was not able to see clearly, there was blurred vision but after getting treatment from Dr. Jay Goyal my eyesight improved i can see now clearly. My experience about Dr. Jay Goyal that he is very kind person, genuine, careful person for their every patient and also all staff of Surya Eye is helpful. I highly recommend Surya Eye Institute to anyone who want excellent treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at Surya Eye Hospital for my LASIK surgery. The doctors were highly professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was equally warm, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. However, I was disappointed with the transparency around the pricing. Since I had insurance coverage, I was initially quoted ₹1,30,000 for both eyes, which was later reduced to ₹1,25,000 after discussion. After my surgery, I happened to see an Instagram advertisement from Surya Eye Hospital for LASIK at ₹1,00,000 for both eyes, with the offer valid on 15 July, the date of my surgery. Naturally, I wanted to understand why there was such a significant difference in the price I had paid. When I raised this with the hospital, I was told that the ₹1 lakh offer was applicable only to cash-paying patients and not to patients using insurance. My concern was not simply about the difference in price, but why this information was not communicated to me before the surgery. When I asked why I had not been informed about the offer and its eligibility criteria, I was told that it had been overlooked, followed by an apology. I appreciate the apology, but I believe pricing, promotional offers, and their eligibility conditions should be communicated clearly and transparently before the procedure, particularly when there is a ₹25,000 difference. Overall, I am very happy with the doctors and the medical care I received. However, the lack of transparency regarding the pricing left me disappointed and, honestly, feeling that I had not been given complete information before making the payment. I hope Surya Eye Hospital takes this feedback seriously and ensures that patients are clearly informed about all applicable pricing and offers before undergoing a procedure.
